You will be labeled strange, weird, bizarre, cracked, and stupid until you achieve a measure of success in what you do.

This is why some buyers when inquiring never hear back from busy commercial brokers because those brokers with vast years of experience can tell by a simple e-mail what the buyer is trying to do and odds of success.

I have been examining deals for weeks to try and get the feel for how to be successful in REI.

Just curious if this is generally what people are seeing in the Wisconsin market and whether or not anyone is having success out there.
