I am looking into vacation rentals as well, but that is down the road.

A sample is like the Department of Parks in CA wants me to build a 10-bed Infirmary building with two ADA restrooms, then they have alternate 1: Construct concrete pathway from road to building, alternate 2: construct asphalt pathway from road to building, alternate 3: construct patio first floor, alternate 4: construct deck patio second floor.

We're just up the road in Dayton, investing in all things real estate in this area.We spend some time in Cincy at the REIA meeting and helping with some deals down there.

A few years down the road if I move out with both units rented it cash flows (also using 5% vacancy, 5% repairs, 5% CAPEX) at least $200 per month.  

He will certainly thank you for it down the road.

So be conservative and aggressive in your search.Don't make a offer without a road trip to orlando.

Before I could "sell" it again, I got a letter from the City saying they wanted it for a road project and they would give me $20k and I could keep the furnace.

My goal is to get into buy and hold investing.I'm considering becoming a licensed agent as I see that as being a possible advantage down the road, is this a good idea?

I may look at duplexes, trips, and quads further down the road, but for now, I want to be conservative and be in SFH neighborhoods (start small).
