It's shame to say that we are also consider the new development nearby -- new house with 5 bedroom 3.5 bath 2900 S.F with a lot size of 2500 s.f, $880K base price. you can imagine how dense that development is.

It can be a great way to develop a database of brokers in a market but remember if you're seeing this information so is everyone else i.e. the same brokers will get bombarded with the same types of emails by the same types of investors (mostly newbies).
