Some of the best feedback I've received is on Facebook to look them up by their name, email, and phone number.If you look up by name it's possible you could find a false positive but if you have a rental application with their email and phone number that should give you a good match since they would need to verify those to sign up for the service.The reason you should check both email and phone number is that some people will carry two profiles.

I don't think you will ever be able to match new home builds with a traditional flip on non-new houses and make money...or at least worth while money.
