Guard them with all diligence and don't listen to others tell you you can't do something when people who aren't as smart or as hard working as you are doing it everyday.

The lease addendum idea above is smart as well.  

I truly believe real estate, more than many other sectors, can greatly benefit from mobile technology.

As Rob with assets think he doesn't need to incorporate as he doesn't want the hassle with the fees well that's likely just his prerogative which may or may not end up being smart.

The reason is simple, the smart people refinanced their homes to for a low interest rate?

While I still hate debt, I'm starting to realize more and more using the bank's money and conserving my cash is the smart thing, especially if I pay the bank 6% or less, and get 20+% returns.But I won't lie, the whole idea of leveraging my primary home scares me.
