They think they can just order tenants out of a tenant ATM machine, without learning anything about the laws, or screening, or fair housing, on and on.You can't fix stupid, as they say.

They've been paying via check for the last 20 years and my dad had been traveling 90 minutes round trip to pick up the checks (multiple times per month since of course they would claim they dropped the rent through the drop slot and it must've gotten lost in the room).

so it depends on the setting.. even at that taking no cash the front of their office was like a bank teller with bullit proof glass and a sliding slot door.. kind of like a low end convience market in the HOOD
