Wish I had a great success story but the mobile home park is built on the family farm.

Now now issues and he pays full rent.I have heard some horror stories from other people regarding this matter. 

We are very happy that we were able to stay on task and use all the help we needed to get to where we are today and I am hoping by sharing my story and resources, it will help you to do the same and more.

I'm very serious about getting started in the Montana market and would be grateful to hear any stories and tips from investors who are already in the market.

Most recent horror stories I've heard on septic have come from those who own parks in Texas.  

okay here is a little story about this house. i bought the 1200 sqft house for $14k from a owner, and spent around 12k for remodeling such as a new wooden floor, paint inside/out , window and tiles and some new dry walls.  

., you would be AMAZED at how good that room could look, with re-stained parquetry (sorry, I agree with @Max Tanenbaum), and PROPER colored walls (it's that BLUE that wrecks the room - which really IS from the seventies)!
