I have around 25k in cash and I have around 680 credit score (currently improving) with a part time job (20 hours/week).

So she's not cleaning uniforms for multiple jobs or anything that would explain running the laundry that often.I want to do my homework before contacting the tenant.

I'm in NYC, does anyone have a recommendation for a company or person who can do a good job?

Congratulations on getting yourself to the point where you know you want to invest in Real Estate - and also with a good amount of cash on hand for someone only 20 years old.Depending on your credit and job history, you could qualify for other type of loan programs, too.

I would love to get a job working as a property manager to get some experience and learn as much as I can.

With full-time jobs and three little ones in school and involved in extra-curricular activities, adding any more stress to our current schedule would spell disaster.
