@Henrique Sousa,80% LTV is very possible with a strong credit score (740+) and solid rents (1.25+ DSCR).

Carrying large balances on a credit card will hurt your credit score and could affect your ability to refinance. 

I'm incredibly grateful for all their insight and experience over the years, and am curious (and in need of guidance) about WTF to do with the insanity unfolding around us. 

However I take comfort knowing rental vacancy rates across the country are at historic lows and inventory remains incredibly low, while immigration remains strong. 

However, I do have a very good credit score in Canada.I was just wondering if anybody has had a similar experience, or know somebody who has, but I would greatly appreciate any advice/insight into where I would begin this journey.  

Does our credit score get hit multiple times if we inquire from several banks/lenders?

At the end of 2017, we used the rest of our savings to take our kids to Disney World for the first time (which was freaking incredible), and 5-months into 2018, we were able to purchase (with our savings) our next rental property.Both properties appreciated and brought in substantial cash flow.
