As to seller financing, if you're seeing unsophisticated investor types advertising rent to own or seller financed transactions, and they are seeking owner occupied deals, they are either more sophisticated than you think or they are totally off their rockers if they are dealers.

With the same example, 75% would make your MPP = 1.025m.This would still seem like a safe even once you account for, fees, holding costs, surpasses etc.P.S Im a newbie so still just trying to wrap my head around everything!
