Hey all, first post here and excited to be a part of the community.I would like advice from experienced investors on their recommended incorporation structure for a business that will raise money from external investors to use in funding equity requirements of lenders in in fix/flips and BRRRR rentals. 

I also recommend jumping into a renovation over new construction so you can get a feel for the work.Alternatively, you can also jump into a property where you can add more units and that can help you ease into it as well since you'll still be collecting money while you pull permits. 

I'm sure BP will have some good insights, nonetheless I also recommend going on facebook on local investor groups and asking them there. 

I'd recommend asking this question to an attorney or a RE agent.

That said, are there any extra clever places you recommend looking or is everything pretty much covered above?

Could someone either give me an estimate of average lifecycle for common components of a house within Florida, or recommend any local contractors that could give me an affordable inspection report?

Any recommendations for great wineries that we might not know about?

We also use their revenue manager option so we have a specialist who looks at our prices daily - I recommend it for sure.
