The C markets seem to be declining in sales value & rent since it has the most attention from investors.

The market has been a bit down recently but overall over 5 years I have received a good return.

The first tax bill I received was for almost $10,000.00   The owner had a land use exemption but after the tax sale that was removed.

As in not putting in $1 just to receive $1 back.

A couple of days ago I received a phone call from a gentleman who seems to be a motivated seller.

Or did they wait to receive a quote and countered that letter?
