They also have real cashflow that lets me hold it. 

The language barrier like @Leslie Anne Morris said can be a real turn off for a lot of folks.I worked in tech for a long time and most of my colleagues were overseas.

The market is saturated and it's unlikely demand will increase substantially any time soon. 

Doing JV deals or just getting answers to questions in real time, for me that is priceless.                                                                                     

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.
