Congratulations on your successful journey in real estate investment so far!

I am A 21 year old currently in college, I have been listening to BP for about a year now and I am very interested in getting my start in RE investing in the near future. 

I have a unique situation and have a few questions and could really use a professional's advice.

My biggest lesson learned is that I need to make sure I do more research before buying any properties to ensure they can cash flow and are in the best possible area.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I would advise consulting a lawyer or tax professional specializing in real estate LLCs for this.

They have been responsive and professional, but the company is compensated by DST sponsors and I am harboring a healthy level of skepticism right now.Does anyone have experience with "Realized"?

I started my investing journey by doing OOS and have been pretty happy with the cashflow and appreciation over the past couple of years. 

However, I'm looking for recommendations for a tax professional/CPA in the Seattle, WA area preferably the Kent, WA area.

That being said, I think it's good that you see the limitations with the professional you're currently working with.
