There are a few other pieces of criteria that we consider but this is just a conversation starter. 

Being new you want to use the credibility of your power team.

Maybe start there, where you can have an actual conversation with a person, potentially talk to some of their current clients, and generally vet each other before large sums of money change hands.

I have had many adult conversations about jobs that weren't on time, not meeting expectations, there was miscommunication, etc but anyone who yells as me is treating me like a kid and is immediately dismissed and ignored.
