They are picky about the changes to the view of the home from the street as well (so don't change the view).

With the tightening of lending requirements, seller financing (creating notes) will probably be a popular option as well.

Hey Bryan,I don't know if you took care of your problem, yet, but depending on the neighborhood, you could just post signs around the house and at each corner of the street that basically says "UP FOR GRABS!
