Does anyone have a neighborhood grade map for the city or know where to find this resource?

Our tile was typically a builder-grade beige from Lowes or Home Depot which we would lay in a brick pattern or diagonally to make it more visually appealing.

I can paint, install flooring and I taught myself how to reroof, but this has structural problems that's beyond my pay-grade. 

Soft costs - arhcitect, strucutral, MEP engineers, soils engineering, survey and setting grade stakes.

Buildium is great for professional managers or landlords with 50+ units.Buildium and other professional grade management software solutions do have team capabilities. 

From what I could gather till now, seems like laying down  fill dirt/topsoil/clay or a mix, and grading it would be the best but I couldn't figure how much would that cost.
