Hi all - I'm struggling with what the best type of analysis to use to come up with to compare investment options and wondering if anyone could help me focus on the right metrics.I am trying to make a decision on build on an existing piece of land that I have or to buy a completely different deal.Details:- Currently own/operate a triplex that cash flows very well.

Inspections are very good for homeowner buying a primary residence because its a huge purchase in their life and they usually have little knowledge or experience, but many experiencedinvestors myself included feel confident that we will see most anything an inspector would. 

I would be working with your bank prior to making an offer.  

We've seen an increasing amount of investors goto the MLS where their margins get eaten alive.I've been telling every borrower that does this to start finding off market.

I'm going to keep track of my real estate activities in management of an STR, and will track the activities using an activity log.

My family has an agricultural exemption on some acreage and we lease it to people who run 3 cows on it to maintain the exemption.

Once you have an idea of where you want to be, search and find 5-10 different real estate investing strategies (BRRR, turnkey investing, flipping, wholesaling, STR, padsplit, etc.) and list out 3 pros and 3 cons for each.
