It takes experience speaking the greek like insurace co language to tweek an actual cash value quote to work for both the carrier AND the lender.  

I'd like to begin analyzing multiple properties a day, Getting into the nitty gritty math work to go along with my book studies.

I am a social studies teacher and am looking to do real estate investing to build wealth and passive income- not as a full time job currently.

I have been studying real estate investing for a while now.

I am studying for an engineering degree, so I know I’m not going to be able to put a lot of time and effort into it yet, but any advice on how to begin learning and meeting people is very much appreciated (and hopefully there are others in a similar situation who could learn from this discussion, as well).

I’ve been studying multifamily analysis and proper management a lot recently, and I’m here on BP to learn more and make some connections.

I keep reading blogs, case studies, etc that are all post-deal (I.e that ship has sailed).

I agree with Gavin, get to know your target markets by studying properties for sale and for rent. 

I have learned a lot of spanish but it's much easier for my VA to communicate with prospects looking for rentals that speak the same language.
