Why not just hammer-swing your own projects into an empire of cash flowing properties.Then if you want to sit in the warm McDonald's sipping coffee all morning because it's cold and raining that day--your time is your own.Nice job making a quirky looking house much prettier, much more curb appeal.

Even if you win a specific performance judgement, how do you expect to collect? 

Instead of whining about her mortgage, she should be bringing her banker flowers every day and champagne when it rains.

I'd point out that I wouldn't take the time or trouble to get a WORTHLESS judgement against them.
