Hello all, I need your expertise on 1031 subject, in particular @Dave Foster :)I bought an investment property, rented it for 5 years, moved into it for 4 months (thinking that I could live there) but changed my mind and now wanted to sell the property.

@Dave Foster wow, with that roster your family would have the advantage on the court, no question... but I’d still welcome the challenge!

I was a guest on their podcast recently (episode not yet published) and had a great time with Mike Foster.

And, I think that I am definitely a people person and would enjoy the interaction part time while I continue to pursue my full time employment to gain more capital.
