Regardless of your perspective on renting vs buying your primary residence, IMO more individuals should become real estate investors.

It sounds like you're working with corporate housing placements so are you signing the lease with individuals or with the company itself?

Looks like in my lease I have that it is the tenant's responsibility if there is a foreign object other than toilet paper that causes the clog but it fails to specify determining fault.

You are responsible for overseeing construction and are liable for any injuries or sub-par workmanship, code issues, etc.

I recommend that you start by identifying a strategy you wish to pursue, choose a market that aligns with it, and establish your Core 4.The main challenge I observed is that individuals often lack a clear end goal or strategy, or they select a market that doesn't align with it.
