Human nature is to try to control our environment and what happens to us.

It’s not in the place of a tenant it’s in place of a human being who wants to move in the winter time ?

But, tenants are humans and human nature is such that inherited tenants are usually a pain in the rear. 

With loan defaults on the rise, record unemployment numbers, and states delaying evictions and even proposing rent cancelations, there is not a living breathing human being on the face of the Earth now who knows that their property is a safe investment.

Also, a little humanity can go a long way in these situations and treating the tenant with respect and dignity will help them to be more cooperative.
