The bottom is going to fall out of this economy.

Last year I partnered with a banking buddy of mine to purchase a home in CT, cash for $175k (I finance it, he does all the work - we split profits), but after a more critical inspection, he found water damage that ultimately led to the deal falling through.

Obviously with the pandemic there is quite a lot of uncertainty and the possibility of school not resuming right away in the fall.

CSU has gone to online classes for the summer AND fall, and I have heard rumblings that this will be very difficult on universities. 

I have been seeing a lot of very nicely priced converted CONEX shipping container offices and homes on sale during this economy and also due to current economy nice falling prices for land.  

I know, because I had a deal fall through recently.

We rehab at least 100 homes a year so I have lots of experience in theft, but in terms of percentage of homes being victims it’s still very low.

I just wanted to have a fall back plan like those millionaires I worked for.

I didn’t want to be the victim of misunderstanding.Door didn’t get kicked in and I did have a few grams of weed of my own....not from that guy.

The seller is going to try to sell on pro-forma, and the purchase price should likely fall somewhere in-between.
