Otherwise, some partner with agents to do that work for them.Repairs - Again, most wholesalers figure this out themselves, using a fixed cost method (detailing everything that needs to be fixed), or a price per square foot method.

Just give them the details of the property, beds, bath, garage, exterior, age of roof, as much as you can, your asking price, whether seller or buyer pays closing, and the rest is on their end.
