I strongly suspect (without even seeing your loan docs on your personal loan), that transferring it to your LLC might trigger a due on sale clause and the bank could call your loan, if they ever found out.

@Brad Penley some suggestions I always try to get my client to take when buying a property that will require flood insurance due to your loan is, 1) make sure you understand if the property has ever had a flood, If so what year and how the water got in the structure and if the damage was repaired, also good to know how much the claim that was paid.

If it is too high to trade for a larger property go the other way for something lower than what you sold for even if you have to pay capital gain for the variance the capital gain tax is greatly reduced starting this year.
