I like to run email campaigns, and for years I have struggled with getting the best contact data.

It has nothing to do with how good they are but might be an indicator that they are running a good business where they get to pick their clients.I have seen many reviews or burn posts here totally messing up a firms reputation where it did not seem the vendor did anything wrong and that it was mostly a highly picky client.

However, run the numbers, you want to offer fair prices.

Hey Andre I live in Wr, operate a STR and a MTR in so I have experience working with the city quite a bit.Their website is pretty straight up with the information and calling the ladies who run the program have been pretty helpful too.

If you find a reputable, experienced agent/broker the commission is well earned and you will save a ton of money in the long run.

It is a very great program that has allowed me to purchase a home with no money down and get my foot in the door for investing.

Whichever strategy that you choose, run your numbers, and definitely consider all the other benefits of owning real estate i.e. appreciation, loan pay-down, potential housing expense decrease and/or cash flow. 

I am an agent here, however i also invest in property myself, and run a property management company.

I'm about to be 25 doors under management, and I'm looking to significantly scale this further.

Makes me think people are running out of there!
