I have in the past attended hearings with my tenant when/if they can prove they are in the right, and my property manager now goes to violation hearings for me if tenant is disputing charge as it's been my experience that HOAs do not listen to tenants and the owner or his agent being present makes a world of difference.

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner and/or spouse live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.

I tried getting a resolution from their support and told them I would need these properties to come up to be able to really test drive their platforms and both support teams said, "sorry, it doesn't work" and cancelled my trial accounts.Funnily enough, when I put in the zip code in Flipster and clicked on the MLS filter, the map went to the middle of the Pacific Ocean!!!
