Heres a hypothetical,If you offer to buy a FSBO with cash at a deep discount and they accept your offer, is there anything stopping you from turning around and selling at market?

So we fixed the grading around the back of the house and then had to dig a ditch 6 feet deep along the side of the house to channel the spring water away from the basement. 

During that process I found this website and am 30 episodes deep into the podcast.

Or deep enough pockets to keep purchasing multiple full priced homes among this current frenzy of sales?

Not worth it on any level to get in deep with this property. 

This is a great tip, I haven't dug too deep into the HOA rules and regulations.  

Just feels like we started a little to late and missed a huge opportunity with all these distressed properties at deep discounts, record low interest rates etc.
