Can all rentals be used by one credit card and one separate checking account then have another of each for personal stuff?

As long as u can put it on a credit card, I'd never worry about it.  

Regardless anything less than 2M +/- is left to be the domain of local banks and credit unions.

Any tips on handling the tenant, the security deposit, and the current management company?

I have 750+ credit score and no debts.

In 10 years it's going to be as any regular house aswell and it needs to support that I feel like.Any creative tips on how I could make a deal like this work?
