I believe we learned about it on the BP podcast, though I can't remember which episode.Our self-storage facility and 14 unit apartment are each in their own LLCs.The 213 unit apartment is owned by a partnership.

Anyone with experience developing a new self storage facility?

Just ask Amazon who just opened their second location in 2021, Jeep, Promedica and even Peloton, who is opening their first US manufacturing facility in the region that will create a minimum of 2,000 extra jobs in the area.  

Cook County sent out a notice on Thursday that they will remain closed until July 6th but everything so far indicates lake county will open on schedule.

haha  Honestly the closer you are to one of the facilities I have listed, the better off you will be for finding a pool of renters, but also consider most people are willing to drive to work or school, so location may not be as important as the quality of the house in most areas of Colorado Springs.I hope this helps!
