Hello, I'm a new investor, my main interests lay in apartment complexes and multi family homes, i'm really into buy and hold but i'm interested in flipping. i've been studying real estate and investing since i was 13 (i'm 18 now) i'm ready to get started and feel confident in my knowledge with real estate, i don't know all there is to know and i probably never will haha but i look forward to learning and am eager to work with you, thank you.

To keep the post short and sweet... exploring the idea of rent to own or owner financing a property in Blue Springs Mo.It's a duplex, but two legal halves, but...one mortgage. 

It's a sweet property with a pool, 12 racquetball courts, basketball court, locker rooms with showers, sauna, hot tub & steam room. 

Hey everyone, I'm evaluating an apartment complex in Central Texas.

They rent the whole 3 bedroom house for less than what a complex charges 5 blocks away charges for a 1 bedroom.  

If this is a large complex; you can be more aggressive since one down unit does not really affect your cashflow and you probably have a handyman that will do the work and possibly have a list of people waiting to move it.

@Stephanie Salas i dealt with this in an apartment complex I own.

First fixed at 3.25% is too sweet.
