We are already surrounded on three sides by urban zoned homes.My neighbors and I have been approached by two individuals, one is a neighbor who is a real estate agent, and the other one a friend of a neighbor, who works with a real estate attorney; both individuals asked us to join them in working with the 5-6 developers they have approached.

I see a lot of posts on Bigger Pockets asking if I should refinance because my closing costs are XYZ.

I signed a voucher for a home on November 7th and it was turned in on November 8th.

@Tenzin Lhanzey a duplex is a solid place to start; there are dozens on/off market in minneapolis. 

I currently have two deals I am a looking to invest in and I think it is a great time to enter the market on the investment side.The first deal a 30 acre parcel with two buildable parcels on it.  

Just trying to figure out what city or town will be good to invest in planning to live there for a year and then invest in another property and so on.

I think it depends on the problem.

Not sure if you were looking for a long-term hold on a two family, but it seems that was not playing out favorably for you. 

However, profits would be bigger if there were no HOA fee and there would be more opportunity to make improvements on the property.
