Put some charming window boxes under those front windows (with some colorful fall foliage) and no one will think twice about the windows ..... except about how beautiful they are!

The two times I can think of that I would go with paint, would be if the look you are going for... maybe a more modern look... looks better with solid colors like white or black.  

I'm looking at a color by Sherwin Williams called Backdrop (SW 7025) with Extra White trim (7006) with accents if Black Fox (SW 7020) and a hue of a blue grey for the door.

Stay away from white as this looks cheap, I picked cherry color. 

I have identified a property 5 blocks from a recent acquisition and my FMNA lender in TX says I can't buy because the property is in the same subdivision.

not sure of a benefit per se.. other than if you own the whole building it could be sold as a block for a 1031.. seems like a pretty neat deal to me

It's worse now.It's on a block with really well kept houses so it sticks out like a sore thumb.
