If you have an old-timey gas or oil furnace with a pilot light, I could see how turning off the pilot light could save you a few bucks.

Hi Scott,Since shaker white cabinets continue to be incredibly popular and your doors have that squarish shape, I'd repaint them with white oil paint.

But, it looks like the problem is the oil from the spray. 

There has been a slight down turn here due to oil but rents have stayed strong.  

So my bills expenses without my mortgage for car insurance a car payment electric oil etc food was right around 1000 a month. 

Unfortunately the black light is going to show 100’s of things including…Turmeric (a spice), Olive oil, Canola oil, Honey, Ketchup so I would assume much of the kitchen will show up, and don’t go near the bathroom. :-)You can fight odors if there are any (though I don’t think you mentioned it.) with an ozone generator while the property is empty.

Similar to buying a car and never thinking you are going to have to change the oil or the tires.

With the mines and oil the rental market there has always been strong.
