On the other hand, if you are chasing financial independence and are going to keep adding properties you may want to have a professional by your side to help you plan.

On paper it may 'appear' cleveland cash flows higher but do you really want to be chasing for tenants in a metro that is not growing. 

There is a saying I heard, "If you don't train your tenants, your tenants will train you" and having me constantly chasing after him for what he has owed me, I realized he plays the victim role way too often, him being a compulsive liar, and manipulator. 

That leaves more room for those of us that are in the market to chase better deals.
