Will companies hire you if you don’t have a degree and only did a bootcamp and got a certificate?

None of our hired professionals seem to want to deal with this.

My hair dresser is a tenant, my current handyman was referred by a tenant, I rent to the children of subcontractors I hire,  I rent to my the children and friends of my current tenants, I refer tenants that need help to agencies where I have tenants working, I eat at the restaurant owned by a tenant.

And if we mail it how do we properly collect a certificate of service that will provide proof in court that we delivered the notice on time.Can we hire someone to legally serve the Notice?

If they won't, hire a tow truck to haul them off.

An INVESTOR hires tax persons to worry about MITIGATING our tax exposure, but at no point says "oh wow, I better STOP making money because I will have to pay more taxes if I make more".

There won't be enough profit to hire someone and be hands off. 

I have hired a STR property management company that sends me monthly payout stubs.

Should I hire a general contractor, civil engineer and structural engineer to put together a plan?

If you want my frank advice, don't hire a PM company for this sort of property.
