i have a full property radar membership i have yet to find a mobile app for them though? 

Adding the lift will make the elderly person still feel mobile. 

I own a one-man mobile welding business and have previously been driving my trucks 20 miles from the house to the industrial sector of the city for work each day. 

It looks just like a wood burning stove.  

Get in my car, take a picture of the check via mobile deposit and were done here.  

Most older boilers had a pump that ran at one speed, either on or off, which led to the motor burning out faster.

Hi Phillip, ....just a couple quick thoughts on this:  a. on real property, that agreement (assuming it is not labeled a lease-purchaser) would be called a land contract (or contract for deed) and the case would likely be strong that the Buyer would be responsible for repairs; however, with personal property as a mobile home, this type of agreement would likely be treated as an installment purchase...but technically renting until the purchase is complete and title transferred.; and b. when cases are presented in municipal courts regarding rents, defaults, landlord neglect, the landlord-tenant laws and courts would favor the tenant and hold the landlord responsible for Repairs (particularly as it concerns keeping the unit "tenable"). 

However - I've never been able to get this feature to work from a mobile device.

I have been doing a bit of research and have decided to invest in multi family real estate, more specifically mobile home parks.

While this is a bit outside of what I do and I don't know a whole ton about it; I think it could be useful when evaluating properties to purchase and perhaps considering additions things to insure for.The accessibility issue might or might not be an issue depending of height, the buyer's mobility and so on.
