As for this case we agreed on a verbal payment plan but so far she has refused to sign anything after leaving court so really my judgement in court is useless and she has also broken the other verbal agreements when we settle .

Hi BP members,I found a burned down house (big hole on the roof, broken windows, and it has been abandoned for a year or longer according to the neighbor) and surprisingly, someone mowed the lawn because it looked neat.I estimated the ARV around $110K to 120K.

I also plan to train a VA to find and communicate with contractors and/or handymen in the future, in other words make phone calls for me.But whatever you use a VA for, if it's repetitive computer work, here are some tips I learned from experience: I recommend that you do a few steps yourself and take a video of it while you're doing it using a screen capture program such as Simple Screen Recorder.
