The following mountain destinations all saw significant year-over-year demand declines in March:Big Bear, California (-23.8%)Lake Tahoe, California (-13.3%)Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania (-10%)Lower Hudson Valley, New York (-9.1%)Adirondack Mountains, New York (-7.8%)However, when compared to 2019, each of these markets except Lake Tahoe is still exceeding 2019’s demand levels, especially the Pocono Mountains which is up 120%.

I would suggest sending tenants a notice of the situation state that you beared the expense the first time and you will fix it the second time after that the tenants will share the cost since both homes share the line.
