Any female landlord should automatically reject any applicant who makes her feel threatened, or who presents himself as a MCP or bully.No judge is going to hold it against you for rejecting an applicant who makes you feel threatened (with his behavior, no rejecting because you are frightened by all minorities).If an applicant has jailhouse tattoos, he is most likely going to have a criminal record, bad credit, or bad LL references.

Yes the estate has to be probated for them to convey the property but they are automatically owners upon death.Have you checked with the Son to find out how his siblings felt about the will?
