Id look into the IROC meetings that the apartment association holds, those are the biggest meet ups  around this area im aware of, although it's geared towards newer investors.

Good morning all,I have been trying to find some info, and know that there are smart people here that may have the answer.An associate is selling a 4plex.The new buyer/offerer was supposedly approved for the amount.The buyer now says that FHA will not approve the loan because the rents that are shown on the appraisal are too low.Has anyone heard of this?

@Tami Walker,Before you purchase a Condo in Florida, make sure you know the Rental 9 (leasing) rules for that Association.I've heard of some Associations, that won't let you rent the Condo until you own it for 1 year, others for 2 years, and others won't let you rent it out at all.
