I have been consistently working and earning at least $40,000 annually, however I’m having issues finding a qualified lender.Does anyone have any advice or insight for addressing these challenges?

The appraisal will make note of anything major that may need to be addressed for financing. 

The ADU is in the same lot of land as primary house, they share the same address.  

Same plumber on a different job is blaming the sink for him not being able to address a leak in two attempts and is indicating he is not going to try to fix it. 

Does anyone have experience with using a virtual PO Box/address?

I would, however, hire a lawyer if there are other investors besides myself because the conflict at the managerial level is something that should be addressed and prevented ahead of time.

You would most likely have to pay for a second appraisal that would be addressed to the new lender.
