It's almost and automatic slot machine.  ;-)  The roof is next, probably in 5 years or so.  

As your marketing machine is gaining momentum you will be able to assign the contracts for deals that you don't intent to close on to other investors -> become a wholesaler. 

Keep churning that active income machine and feed the passive wheel later as you go!

But seriously, that should be a cash-machine, but it's going to require knowing the target market, devising a great marketing strategy and execution of that.

I check my "competitors" from time to time and there's a lot of empty slots in their calendars for the late spring and summer, just like mine.

It is a pretty decent machine with 8GB RAM and a 500GB solid state drive. 

It's not like you are stuck in some hourly or professional job with income slots that you are wedged into.

The "machine" keeps reusing the same original money, but generating new profits, so you can keep buying new cash flow properties.There's a more advanced way (not complex or hard though) that allows you to put this on steroids.

Take them out to lunch and show them nice glossy pictures with testimonials from someone who is in their slot in life and see how they respond.
