Guess what since this loan took so long the seller and the agent got upset and we had to release all the deals.

At the advice of an attorney, I had provided them notice in writing that they were responsible for the rent until all belongings are removed or until they signed a release stating that they had taken everything that they wanted, and that I was free to dispose of the remaining items. 

My background has been developing asset protection plans which make use of LLC's, and names can be an issue in some cases.For high visible or risk investors like celebrities and high net worth individuals, anonymity is a good thing. 

So the plan is to buy land, build, rent it out and then finance it to release money.

If you gave them the money and not the title company then you probably lost it and can try small claims.if its at the title company and its truly EM  then it takes your signature to release it.. so just don't sign. and work it out most of the time you guys will split it..

@Joe VilleneuveSo in my situation..I sign a lease with the first tenant-buyer in February, evict in June, re-lease to the second tenant-buyer in September.

The customer (tenants) is TELLING YOU what incentive you will be required to give them: early release.
