Did you know that you can acquire your a primary residence from up to 1-4 units for as low as 5% with conventional.

Recommend you do a LOT of research on both rental and sales markets to figure out your best options.

I was told that if you purchase a property using a conventional loan (mortgage in your name), that within a month or so after you purchase the property, you can use a Quick Claim Deed or Warranty Deed to transfer the name on the Deed of the property to your LLC.

Ashley, if you are still a naval spouse, I would suggest the next time you are relocated that you consider buying a house via a VA loan wherever you end up stationed (excluding San Diego because it is too expensive) and do this every time you move. 

Once they learn how you do business, they will see you as less risky, offer better teams, and maybe even grant you access to cash you wouldn't get otherwise.
