There are various different guidelines on this, but basically they will take a percentage of the value of the account and divide it by a certain amount of months and that is the amount shown for income on the application.

So me and my partner came up with a comfortable range percentage (15%-18%) depending of the individual circumstances of acquiring the property. if the spread is 183k....why would taking 32k be "unrealistic"?
