It might be your preference to never invest in HOA areas but that is certainly different from many other people that love to purchase in new construction communities.

We would love to buy a property in Boca Raton, I know there are strict regulations when it comes to STR, does anyone have experience with it?

I love working with buyer agents because they usually already have a built relationship with their buyer investors.

I do think new models will emerge however the more I digest this settlement & believe me I more than anyone would love to see the industry transformed, I think the more likely outcome is just reduced net commissions and reduced volume for agents, while not being an extinction level event either.
