I think Bridge Turnkey is Kansas City and Texas and Pinnacle Turnkey is in Kansas City and Indianapolis.

To stretch our capital, we do value-add deals where we obtain a bridge loan, do our value-add, follow by a cash-out refinance to pay-off the bridge lender, get some of our equity back and move onto the next deal.
