Getting a loan for an LLC can be challenging because while your personal credit might be good, a brand new LLC has no credit and no assets.  

Insurance can cover any liability concerns and you'll find it much easier to mortgage versus a brand new corporation.

Brand new equipment that's only been there a few days. 

How do I build a luxury brand from the start?
